About me

Before my career in UX, I spent over a decade working in the service industry. I’ve always put customers’ needs first— and my UX process is no different. Building empathy with my users is always the first step. I bring clarity to ambiguous problems by diving deep to understand the problem space and applying structure through research and design. Developing relationships with my team is how I build and ship products. Improving employees’ jobs through innovative tooling is my passion.

Outside of work, I re-charge with time spent in the mountains and ocean. Creatively, I engage with endeavors that involve my hands from letterpress to home re-model projects.
